Don't know how to cook? Don't worry; they will do it for you! Shogi Hibachi Express is a casual, new restaurant in Sugar Land Town Square that has a buffet style with a twist.
A welcoming hostess will seat you and explain how it all works. It is a different and fun way of eating out. The hostess will give you a card to mark down your choice of starch, for example, fried rice or noodles. Then, you go stand in the buffet line and fill up your silver bowl with as many vegetables and fruits as you can. There are so many choices, but whatever you choose will taste great no matter what! Load up your red bowl with meats and seasonings. Lastly, choose the sauces you prefer in the white bowl and hand your tray to the chef.
Sit down and enjoy a drink at the bar, while you wait for the chef to cook your meal on a large hibachi-style grill. There might be a lot of smoke coming from the grill, but they keep the windows and doors open. Your food will be brought to you freshly made in a large asymmetrical bowl. The flavors of all the combinations are a mouthful. The best part is that it was all your own creation. Lunch is 7.99 and dinner is 9.99, unless you want a bottomless bowl for 11.99. Prices are reasonable and the environment is promising. After dinner, you can take a nice stroll around Town center for a perfect day.
